Pinot Gris, Ussai (0.75 l)

The wine has a medium deep golden yellow color. The flower is youthful, fruity, smells of ripe yellow and red apples. The dry wine is medium-bodied, moderately acidic, with a nice fruit charge and a fairly soft, oily texture. Nicely balanced, a really good pinot gris. A classic!
