Dry wine. Medium deep lemon yellow color. The flower has matured nicely, colorful, diverse. In the first place, it offers white flowers, acacia, honey, in the background it is nicely complemented by perceptions of lemon and grapefruit. There are also somewhat noble woody notes. The wine is dry, medium-bodied, despite its full ripeness, it shows the essential characteristic of a sipone – balanced, high acidity, which will allow it to live for a very long time. The texture is a bit oily, but otherwise the wine gives a feeling of vitality and youth despite its age. In the mouth, the character is calm, harmonious, but full of flavor.
