Dry wine. Sauvignon Vajgen matured in new and used barrels, which is why it acquired a deeper golden yellow color. The flower is accentuated, fragrant, we can see the full ripeness of the sauvignon grapes. Vineyard peach and gooseberry dominate, passion fruit, mango and some oak are also found. Ripe and compact. Dry in the mouth, with a stronger body and a high level of ripe acids. With a nice smoky note and a face of taste that comes from the full ripeness of the grapes and a little because of aging in wood. It has a very long finish, where the taste goes away in a slow decrescendo. First class.
