Dry sparkling wine. Delicate pink color, the bubbles are smaller, playful, the foaming is just lively. The flower is gentler, more delicate and reminiscent of ripe wild berries, delicate spices, a ripe, thinned apple, also slightly yeasty. It looks completely youthful. In the mouth it is dry, medium-bodied, the foaming in the mouth is a little more abundant, but the bubbles are fine, pleasant. The acidity is moderate for a sparkling wine, and the taste of fresh ripe reddish fruit mixed with notes of bread crust and yeasty notes is even more emphasized in the mouth than in the bouquet. It ends in a pleasant long aftertaste.
