Rhein Riesling, Old vines, Dveri Pax 0.75l

Dry wine. The flower is moderately accentuated, fruity and slightly mineral at the same time. It reminds of lemons, orange peel, peaches, honey and wet stones. Maturity and youth meet hand in hand. Very dry in the mouth, higher acidity typical of Styria, but perfectly ripe. Light to medium bodied, one of the most elegant “old vines” to date. The texture offers a pinch of viscosity, the wine is lively and delicious at the same time. Longer aftertaste, still quite young.
