Rebula dry, Edi Simčič (0.75 l)

A deeper golden yellow color. The flower is pleasantly fragrant, quite emphasized for the ribs, in no way discreet, with a nice variety. Reminds of ripeness, dry yellow apples, lemon, even lime, white flowers, with a gentle balsamic note and a pinch of honey. Only a fully ripe rib shows this variety. We observe ripening in the wood. When it opens, we perceive a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Fruitiness is not in the first place neither with Rebula nor with most of our wines.
