Sparkling DP classic Cuvee, Dveri Pax 0.75l

Extra dry wine (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir). The color is a gentle lemon yellow. The bubbles are tiny, playful and numerous. The flower is more delicate, fragrant and variegated. Despite the rather long aging on the yeast, it is fruity and reminiscent of lemon, lime and yellow and green apples, the yeast notes are gentle but present. We are convinced by the precision and composition of the scents. It is very dry in the mouth, and the acidity gives the sparkling wine a pleasant liveliness. The texture of the bubbles is very pleasant and fine due to the long maturation on yeast. It ends in a pleasant, long aftertaste.
