Blue frankincense, Dveri Pax 0.75l

Dry wine. The color is deep ruby. The flower is quite emphasized, mature, calm, intertwined. We find black cherries, black pepper, coffee, leather, smoke, burnt aftertaste. The fruity notes dominate, the notes of maturation in the wood give them a nice support. In the mouth it is dry, stronger, there are not a few tannins, but they are perfectly ripe and soft. Blue frankincense can be quite a robust variety, but in this case it is velvety, soft. A well-made blue Frankincense that is in full shape after six years. Better too young than not.
