Malvasia zrela linija, Steras (0.75 l)

Dry wine. The color is straw with golden hues, so characteristic of mature Malvasia. The scent dissipates slowly, it takes a few moments to breathe, but then it shows itself in all its diversity. Overripe apricot, as a remnant of primary fruitiness, and then acacia, tropical fruit and, more and more in the foreground, forest undergrowth, horsetail and a pinch of vanilla, as a result of maturation in gently charred wooden barrels. The taste is original, very open and characteristic.
