Dry wine. A type of old Istrian varieties. The wine is opaque in the glass, quite an intense ruby ​​color with violet reflections. The flower is intense and wide, promising juiciness. In the foreground are ripe black and red fruits, blueberry, raspberry, marasca, the atmosphere of intense fruitiness is rounded off by aromas of fruit candy. In the deeper olfactory registers, there is an unmistakable scent of roses, which later comes forward, as well as a little spiciness of peppers. In the mouth, the maturity is repeated, the wine is fruity and thick, extractive, the aroma is rich, it is accompanied by a pleasant freshness on the finish, which is connected with the fruitiness and at the very end with a quite perceptible tannicity. Characteristic, pleasant and drinkable wine with a solid backbone and a very unique aromatic profile. It still looks youthful, and will surely show some attributes over time. Anyone looking for special features should not miss it.
