Dry wine. The color is a medium deep golden yellow, the flower is medium emphasized, full, tense. A bit of butter, white flowers, ripe continental fruit, just a hint of caramel, aging in wood – very nicely composed. In the mouth it is dry, medium-bodied, with plenty of ripe acidity. Balanced and harmonious. The texture is slightly oily, the taste in the mouth is persistent, the aromas are even more pronounced than in the flower. Elegant, full-flavored with the classic tension of a first-class chardonnay and a very long finish. An exceptional culinary companion.
