Red Carolina is a medium intense garnet red color. On the nose, the wine is elegant and mature, with noticeable aromas of cherries and cherry jam. In the mouth, the wine is dry, juicy, with elegant ripe tannins. The character in the mouth is intense, you can detect simple and exotic spices, as well as chocolate and maturation in wood. A very complex wine with a long aftertaste and a long life.
