Dry sparkling wine. Sparkling wine has a delicate lemon yellow color with a golden hue. The bubbles are smaller, numerous, the foaming is lively. The flower is gentle and restrained, despite the longer maturation on yeasts, it appears youthful and at the same time indicates notes of maturation. Reminiscent of just-right-ripe apples and pears, a gentle yeasty note nicely complements the complex of aromas. There is also a note of white flowers. Fine, intertwined. It is very dry in the mouth, medium bodied. Acids are high, lively, ripe. They wouldn’t defend themselves in Champagne either. The taste in the mouth is beautifully expressed despite its delicacy. The texture of the bubbles is fine.
