Pinot gris, Dveri Pax 0.75l

Dry wine. The color is soft lemon with some golden shades. The flower is gentler, pleasantly fruity, like biting into a juicy yellow apple. Spicy notes are a little less than usual, but we can find them. It is dry in the mouth, with a slightly fuller body, noticeable oily texture and plenty of freshness. The character in the mouth is suitably intense, fruity notes such as grapefruit and apple dominate, the acidity is moderate, and the wine is nicely balanced. Delicious, a very good gastronomic companion. A classic Styrian pinot gris with the freshness of “Pinot grigia” and the fruitiness of “Pinot Grisa”.
