A deeper golden yellow color. The flower has ripened. A bit of oak, smoke, gingerbread. Dry in the mouth, a little sweet due to the ripeness, the texture is fine oily, full of flavor, the higher level of acidity ensures liveliness, ripe with a longer finish. Very nicely made and still in very good shape.
