Malvazija dry, Edi Simčič (0.75 l)

Medium deep golden yellow color. The flower is moderately accentuated, ripe, juicy, floral. Mainly after acacia, dandelion flowers, ripe apricots. Beautifully interwoven with notes of aging in wood, caramel. Dry herbs also creep in. Dry in the mouth, bold, with a moderate amount of acids that are consistent. Full, intense taste. The oily texture, a trademark of the white wines from the Donovan line, is also present here. With a long, salty aftertaste.
