Zelen, Ussai (0.75 l)

The color is medium highlighted, golden yellow, quite deep for green. The flower is accentuated, the variety is very nicely expressed. Spices such as nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and juicy peaches, apricots, sage, lemon and chamomile dominate. In the mouth, the wine is dry, light, lively acids, very much in the style of the variety. The character may not be as pronounced as the flower suggested, and the aftertaste is not among the long ones either, but it seems that the impression we experience when smelling it is big enough to perceive the wine in a positive light.
