Dry wine. The color is straw yellow with gentle, greenish shades. The smell is open and medium intense. There is a range of intertwining fruity-floral perceptions, acacia dominates, followed by some brinstre. Among the fruit aromas, a bouquet of tropical fruits and an apple are in the foreground. It feels soft in the mouth, the freshness is discreet. A slight perception of carbon dioxide, which is a residue of fermentation, gives the wine vivacity. The taste is full and long.
